About Lisa J. Kahn

Lisa J. Kahn, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and founder of Mindful Clarity Psychotherapy.  She supports adults experiencing, anxiety, overwhelmed, or stuck and cycles of overthinking, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and fear of failure.  Lisa also works with new mothers and adults navigating life transitions, including motherhood, workplace anxiety, burnout, and executive functioning challenges related to focus, follow-through, and emotional regulation.  Her approach blends Eastern mindfulness practices with Western, evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
