- Feel less overwhelmed
- Build confidence
- Reduce anxiety and stress
- Strengthen coping skills
- Move forward with clarity and purpose

Using Out‑of‑Network Benefits
If I’m not in‑network with your plan, you may still receive partial reimbursement through your out‑of‑network mental health benefits.
I provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider
- Do I have out‑of‑network mental health benefits?
- What percentage of each session is reimbursed?
- How do I submit superbills?
Why Clients Choose Private Pay
Many clients prefer private pay for:
- Greater privacy and confidentiality
- Flexibility in treatment
- No limits on the number or length of sessions
- Ability to focus fully on personal goals without insurance restrictions
Sliding Scale Options
A limited number of sliding‑scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship.
These reduced‑fee appointments:
- Are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis
- May require documentation (e.g., pay stubs or proof of unemployment)
- Are reviewed periodically to ensure availability for those who need them most
If cost is a concern, feel free to ask about current openings during your consultation.
